SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY:

Our shipping carrier of choice at this time is USPS - mainly Priority Mail or First Class Freight within the US.  Estimated delivery times within the Continental US is 2-4 days from ship date. Your package will be left in your mailbox or at your door as your postal carrier deems necessary. If you have issues with your mail, please request signature service in the notes section at the time you place your order, which is available at an additional cost, set by the US postal Service. If you would like to use a different carrier, you must make arrangements to do so before placing your order.

AVERAGE TURN-AROUND TIME:  Most orders are processed & shipped from our studio within 1 - 2 business business days of receipt of payment.  Business days do not include weekends nor US Federal Holidays - (e.g. if an order is placed on a Friday, fulfillment will be no earlier than that following Monday). If there is a rare situation in which your order will take longer to be shipped to you after payment collection, we will notify you via your contact as a courtesy.

****HIGH VOLUME SITUATIONS (holiday sale promotions such as Mother's Day or Black Friday) will AUTOMATICALLY TAKE A MINIMUM OF 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION!  Business days do NOT include weekends nor US Federal holidays. These special turn-around time alerts during promotions are communicated "before, during, & after" each sale event - on every available channel (GG Naturals Newsletter, social media pages, as well as ggnaturalsbathandbody.com.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the specified tracking number.  Please check your junk mail if the tracking confirmation email is not showing in your main inbox within the appropriate turn-around time-frame.

GG Naturals is not responsible for & will not reimburse for missing packages if the USPS tracking confirms that package was "DELIVERED".  If you are concerned about packages becoming misplaced, please request "signature confirmation" option for your order!

**All product returns back to GG Naturals due to non-delivery or incorrect address will be subjected to a re-delivery charge.  We will notify you via your email contact on file to make arrangements for reshipping.  All unclaimed packages with no response within 10 business days after initial contact will be issued a PARTIAL refund (after deducted shipping charges + 30% restock fees).

 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

BEGINNING JAN. 24, 2018 - in order to improve our overall shipping quality control as well as dispatch packages in a timely manner, GG Naturals will no longer be able to make changes to your order once it is placed.  Changes include product additions, substitutions, or multiple order combinations for shipping reimbursements.  However, orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment by contacting  customer service (please send cancellation email to us via the contact page of our website - NOT Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or back-end messaging system through your login).  Cancellations do not apply to orders that have already been shipped.  Please take the time to review your shopping cart as well as your shipping, billing, & email contact for accuracy in PayPal BEFORE placing your order.  Thank you so much for your cooperation.


RETURN POLICY:

Due to our products containing mostly natural & organic ingredients, unfortunately we can not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been opened.

However, if you need to return a product because of an error on our part, we will be very happy to provide a replacement.  Please contact us within 24 hours from the day you receive your package and we will resolve the issue ASAP!

 

EXTREME WEATHER ALERT: (May - September) - because of high temperatures during the summer months, there is a chance certain items (scrubs, butters, balms) can melt during shipping. Gently open the container to avoid spillage & place product in the refrigerator to re-solidify. Please consider this fact BEFORE purchasing.  There are NO refunds for items that melt during shipping & buying these items during the summer months is at your own risk.

**Please take the time to read each listing carefully before purchasing. We make every effort to practice "truth in labeling" in which every ingredient, fragrance/essential oil blend, as well as product aesthetics are described in full on our website.  For instance - if you have a known allergy to chocolate - then do not purchase products from our products which contain chocolate powder or chocolate fragrance oil, for your safety.  If you are in question about a particular item (e.g. scent sensitives, etc.), please contact with us BEFORE purchase as we do not accept returns based on a personal scent intolerance.
